I am a competent Management Professional with above nine years of qualitative experience from various International humanitarian and development agencies including  WORLD VISION INDIA, INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE MISSION, LUTHERAN WORLD SERVICE INDIA & HINDUSTAN LATEX FAMILY PLANNING PROMOTION TRUST . My area of expertise include Financial Management & SHGs Management and have been into it since May 1999. I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIMM-Pune B School, M.Com from Berhampur University, Post Graduate Diploma in NGOs Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development, , Diploma in Personnel Management and currently pursing Master of Social Work (MSW) in DDE-Annamalai University

Being a development professional, I have a strong knowledge and understanding of the Development field especially in areas of Program Planning, Implemention, Monitoring & Evaluation of Projects besides a good exposure in SHG Management/ Micro finance programs. I have been trained in Project Management including Proposal writing, Log frame Matrix, & INGOs Financial Management from various national and international training institutes. I also have  developed innovative training programes for SHG and Federations besides undertaking capacity building and  Micro credit programmes in Orissa,AP, Assam and Tamilnadu in association with NABARD,MFI,INGOs , Banks and other like minded stakeholders. I have good exposure in Micro Finance, HIV/AIDS, SHGs/CBOs Management, Livelihood Promotion & Relief operation

I am confident that my leadership qualities, inter personal communication, innovative presentation & documentation skills would help me to achieve the organization goals. I have a fair knowledge of staff capacity building,, reporting/documentation skills  besides a sound  proficiency in computer environment including accounting softwares. Presently I am working as a Finance Administrator for the International Justice Mission - Bangalore .I have a passion to work for the  poor, cultivating self reliance, building and transforming communities.
